Shipping Policy

Canadian fulfilment information. Shipping options and current costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery options

Standard Shipping is estimated at 2–5 business days and Expedited Shipping at 1–2 business days after the carrier receives the parcel. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders that qualify for free standard shipping will show that option at checkout.

Free shipping threshold

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $200 CAD or more after discounts and before any applicable taxes. The checkout calculation is the final determination of eligibility.

Processing and tracking

Orders are prepared during business days. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity may take time to appear after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment, and carrier rerouting or reshipping costs may apply.

Delays, loss, and damage

Weather, carrier volume, remote destinations, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking appears stalled, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or a package arrives damaged, contact us with the order number so we can review the available carrier information.
