Refund and Returns Policy

Effective September 6, 2026. Because research products require controlled handling and intact packaging, returns are assessed carefully. This policy applies unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Return eligibility

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. A return must be authorized before it is sent. Opened products, products with broken seals, or products that have not been stored and handled appropriately cannot be returned.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, the product name, and clear photographs when relevant. We will review the shipment and provide the appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or unsealed research products.
• Items damaged after delivery through storage, handling, or use.
• Gift cards and final-sale items where identified.
• Returns sent without prior authorization.

Refund review

Authorized returns are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Once an order has entered fulfilment or shipped, it may need to follow the return process above.
