Effective September 6, 2026. These terms govern use of the Mitosyn Sciences website and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Research-use restriction

Products offered by Mitosyn Sciences are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or household use. You are responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, handling, and use are lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction and research setting.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials confidential.

Product and site information

We work to keep product names, strengths, prices, availability, images, and documentation accurate. Minor packaging variations may occur. We may correct errors or update site information without notice, including after an order is submitted where permitted by law.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for availability, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, compliance, or pricing reasons. Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and the checkout currency are shown before payment.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the catalog at scale, submit unlawful content, or use products or information in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

The Mitosyn Sciences name, site design, text, graphics, product photography, and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal browsing and ordinary purchasing do not transfer any ownership rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every site error will be corrected immediately. To the extent permitted by law, Mitosyn Sciences is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use, carrier events, unauthorized product use, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing terms and contact
